Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken
Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
Products returned after the 14-day return window
Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at iconicsasifl@gmail.com or call (305) 213-0151 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Do not send returns without a return authorization number — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product shipped, defective packaging, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
