Shipping Coverage

Iconic Sasi ships to all 50 United States. All products are hemp-derived and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them federally legal to ship. By placing an order, you confirm that hemp-derived products are legal in your state and local jurisdiction.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 3–5 business days — $7.99 flat rate for orders under $75
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days — $14.99 flat rate

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Products are sealed and packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship or refund the order at our discretion.
